1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website of AIRA Global Tech (www.airaglobaltech.com), submitting an inquiry form, or registering for any of our 21 professional training programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. Program Enrollment & Standard Tuition
AIRA Global Tech offers 21 industry-aligned career programs with a standardized tuition fee of ₹40,000 (INR) and a structured duration of 3 Months.
- Admission Confirmation: Enrollment is confirmed upon submission of complete registration details and successful tuition payment processing.
- Batch Schedules: Students may choose between weekday cohorts and weekend schedules in accordance with availability.
- Attendance & Milestones: Satisfactory progress requires active participation in weekly coding sprints, project labs, and mentorship reviews.
3. Placement Support & Career Assistance
AIRA Global Tech is an industry training and talent development institute. We provide dedicated career support to eligible graduates who fulfill the academic criteria:
- Scope of Support: Comprehensive resume teardown, GitHub/portfolio reviews, 1-on-1 mock technical interviews, aptitude preparation, and referrals to hiring partners.
- Academic Eligibility: Learners must achieve minimum 80% attendance and successfully defend all designated capstone industry projects.
- Transparency Statement: While AIRA provides direct interview pipelines with 50+ hiring partner companies, actual employment offers and compensation packages depend entirely on candidate performance, individual aptitude, and employer hiring standards.
4. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All instructional syllabi, presentation slides, practice problem sets, proprietary lab exercises, and video lectures provided by AIRA Global Tech remain the exclusive intellectual property of AIRA Global Tech.
Learners are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course assets solely for educational purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, or public broadcast of course materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
To ensure batch integrity, faculty scheduling, and small cohort sizes, fee payment policies are established as follows:
- Tuition fees paid for confirmed batches are non-refundable once the cohort has commenced.
- Batch deferrals or transfers to a subsequent cohort may be permitted subject to formal written request and academic committee approval before the batch start date.
6. Code of Conduct
Learners are expected to uphold academic honesty and respectful collaboration in classroom labs, online discussion spaces, and group project assignments. Plagiarism, disruptive behavior, harassment, or misuse of institute computing equipment will result in immediate disciplinary review.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our programs or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
